Non-returnable Items

Due to their customized nature, personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please carefully review your designs before submitting your order. Our team is available to assist you with any design concerns.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide details of the issue along with relevant photos. Once the error or damage is confirmed, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note, we cannot accept returns or process refunds for damage or defects resulting from misuse or mishandling after receipt.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date. We strive to make the return process as simple and convenient as possible.

How to Return

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team within the 30-day period. Returns must be mailed back in their original, unused condition.

In most cases, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for any returns.
